Thought i would do one of these MEME’s, it’s nice to see where i was going, came from and heading :) 

2007 - been painting digitally for about a year, mostly mindlessly copying photos.
2008 - still copying photos but trying to add to them
2009 - mostly copying photos still, did my first reference free painting (the dude in the red shirt, that any say looks like me.)
2010 - breaking away from photo’s but still used them for anatomy and poses, but more referenceless work done that year.
2011 - about May / June i  got hit with inspiration and motivation from everywhere and started studying what i was doing instead of mindless copying. By the end of the year i felt less dependent on reference.

2012 … Will be a rocking year and will work even harder and get much better (this is the plan at least )
